Orders received before 10am AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), and orders placed after 10am AEST and on weekends are dispatched the next business day. In all cases you will receive an email notifying you that your order have been dispatched for delivery.
Western Australia, rural and some residential areas may require an additional two business days for delivery. There could also be delays on orders leaving our dispatch warehouse during our famous store wide sales, due to a large increase in the number of orders during this time. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as Australian Post offer a limited service on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
